What Is a Wall Angle Roll Forming Machine?

The product goes by many names: wall angle, perimeter angle, ceiling angle, L trim, shadow angle or edge trim. The job is always the same. The section is screwed or stapled along the top of a partition to support the edge of the ceiling board and to create a clean shadow line. The line forms it from cold-rolled galvanized strip, normally Z100 to Z275 coating, in thicknesses from 0.35 mm to 0.8 mm.

Because the section is light and simple, the line can be built with 8 forming stations and still hold tight geometry. Most buyers order it with a 1-3 tonne decoiler, a coil-end joiner for continuous running, and a 3-6 m run-out table.
