The machine progressively bends the metal strip through a series of precisely engineered roller dies (stages). Each set of rollers incrementally shapes the strip until it achieves the final desired angle profile – usually a 90-degree angle, but sometimes other angles like 45 degrees or 85 degrees for specific applications. Common profiles include "L" shapes and "L" shapes with returns or flanges.
