A Spring Tee Roll Forming Machine (also referred to as a Triangle Keel / Spring Tee Carrier Roll Former) is a specialized cold-roll-forming production line designed to manufacture the triangular-profile carriers (spring tees) that serve as the primary suspension framework for clip-in concealed metal ceiling systems. These carriers lock securely into place beneath a suspended ceiling grid, providing the hidden support structure for square metal ceiling tiles such as 300×300 mm, 300×600 mm, 450×450 mm, and 600×600 mm formats.
