A Triangle Keel Roll Forming Machine is a cold roll forming line that produces triangular-profile carriers (also called spring tees) used as the main support grid in concealed suspended ceiling systems. Galvanized steel coil (0.30–0.90 mm thick) is fed through a series of progressively shaped roller stations that bend it into a precise triangular cross-section, then a servo-controlled flying shear cuts the profile to length without stopping the line. Key features include high production speed, ±1 mm cutting accuracy, PLC touchscreen control, and durable Cr12MoV hardened rollers. The machine is widely used by manufacturers supplying ceiling components for commercial buildings, shopping malls, airports, and other public spaces.
