The Ceiling U Baffle Roll Forming Machine is a fully automated cold roll forming line engineered to manufacture U‑shaped baffle profiles for suspended ceiling systems. By integrating decoiling, precision leveling, progressive roll forming, and non‑stop hydraulic shearing into one continuous workflow, the machine converts aluminum, pre‑painted galvanized iron (GI), or color‑coated steel strip into uniform U baffles at speeds of 0–50 m/min with a cutting tolerance of ±1 mm.
