    A typical machine is not a single unit but an integrated system, comprising several key stations:

    1. Decoiler: Acts as the starting point, holding and feeding the heavy metal coil into the production line.

    2. Entry Guide & Leveling Unit: Ensures the metal strip is perfectly flat and aligned before it enters the forming stations, preventing twists and imperfections.

    3. Roll Forming Station: The core of the machine, consisting of multiple stands of precision-machined rollers. Each stand performs a minor forming operation, gradually shaping the metal into the final cable tray design.

    4. Punching & Notching Unit (In-line): Integrated within the line, this unit uses hydraulic or servo punches to create precise holes, notches, or slots for connectivity, ventilation, or cable tie-downs.

    5. Cut-off Mechanism: A critical component that accurately shears the continuously formed tray to the required length. Advanced "flying cut-off" systems synchronize with the moving material, allowing for clean, burr-free cuts without stopping the production line.

    6. PLC Control System: The brain of the operation. A Programmable Logic Controller allows operators to input parameters (length, quantity, hole patterns), monitor the entire process, and ensure repeatability for every production run.
