Uncoiler & Decoiling System: The process begins with a heavy-duty uncoiler that securely holds and feeds the large steel coil into the line. An optional hydraulic mandrel or dual-arm design allows for continuous operation, enabling new coils to be loaded while the machine is running.
Entry Beach: Put the raw material (steel plate) through the beach to manufacture and process
Main Roll Forming Machine:The heart of the line. It consists of a series of tandem stands, each containing precision-engineered rollers (dies). The steel strip progressively passes through these stands, where each set of rollers gradually bends the metal until it achieves the final desired cross-sectional shape (C or U channel). The machine can be quickly adjusted to switch between different sizes.
Hydraulic Station: Oil cylinders and oil pumps adopt national standard rod oil cylinders, easy to purchase all over the world.
Cut-to-Length System: After forming, the continuous profile is cut to precise pre-set lengths by a high-speed flying cut-off system. This system synchronizes its speed with the moving profile, making a clean, burr-free cut without stopping the production flow.
Output Conveyor & Stacker (The Key Feature): The cut-to-length pieces are gently transferred onto an output conveyor. The automated stacker, often a robotic arm or a gantry-style collection system, then picks up the finished profiles and places them into neat, uniform stacks on a pallet or a stacking table.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) & Human-Machine Interface (HMI): The entire line is managed by a central computer system. Operators can input all parameters (length, quantity, stacking pattern) through a user-friendly touchscreen, ensuring full automation and repeatability.
